China's fixed assets investment increased by 27% for first three quarters

China’s statistical authority, National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) announced that China’s fixed asset investment summed up to RMB 11.6246 trillion (EUR 1.29 trillion) in the first three quarters, an increase of 27.0 percent compared with the same period last year.
NBS spokesperson said that with a steady and relatively fast growth in the fixed assets investment and improved investment structure, the growth rate was 1.3 percentage points higher than the year-earlier level.
Urban fixed assets investment totaled RMB 9.9871 trillion (EUR 1.1 trillion), up by 27.6 percent while investment in rural area grew 23.3 percent to RMB 1.6375 trillion (EUR 181.2 billion), saw a growth rate of 1.2 percentage points and 2.1 percentage points higher than the same period last year, respectively.
